RESTORATION OF A PRESERVED BUILDING AND UPGRADE TO A LUXURY BOUTIQUE HOTEL

The reconstruction of a preserved building, constructed in 1928, involved strengthening its structure and upgrading it into a 5-star luxury hotel. The hotel features 34 rooms, a conference hall, and a rooftop terrace with a view of the Thermaic Gulf.

During the restoration, the architectural elements of the building were preserved, and pieces that had been altered by previous interventions over the decades were returned to their original state. A small addition was made on the fourth floor of the building to achieve full symmetry and further highlight the architectural design of the building.
