Complete reconstruction and expansion of the most luxurious complex of SANI RESORT.

The project involved the full reconstruction of the buildings with a total area of 7,000 sq.m., as well as the redevelopment of the hotel’s surrounding outdoor spaces. The works included excavations, foundations, construction of the load-bearing structure, masonry, cladding, flooring, drywall systems, insulation, installation of window and door frames, construction of swimming pools, roadworks, landscaping, and the complete installation of the electromechanical systems and networks for both the buildings and the surrounding area.

All works were carried out in accordance with the specifications of the LEED Building Design + Construction for Hospitality standard, resulting in the hotel being certified with LEED GOLD.

The project was completed within two winter periods, during which the hotel remained closed.
