The reconstruction of a preserved building, constructed in 1928, involved strengthening its structure and upgrading it into a 5-star luxury hotel. The hotel features 34 rooms, a conference hall, and a rooftop terrace with a view of the Thermaic Gulf.<\/p>\n
During the restoration, the architectural elements of the building were preserved, and pieces that had been altered by previous interventions over the decades were returned to their original state.
